I love it when weddings are filled with personal touches. I’ve seen things like cake toppers made out of a couple’s animal avatars, a new family crest created from things the couple loves (including burritos!), and a checkered flag entrance to a reception for a racer. One of the touches for Andreana and Drew’s wedding was very personal. Andreana’s father was the architect who designed the church! How cool is that? To think, he designed a building his daughter would one day be married in. Pretty neat. Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Scottsdale is a beautiful building too. This will forever be a favorite of mine because of that. More importantly, Andreana and Drew are deservedly in that favorites list on their own merit. They are a completely down to earth, genuine couple who wanted their wedding to be about their family and friends and sharing some time with them.
Here are some of my favorites photos from their Scottsdale and Phoenix wedding that saw us at great spots like the Church, The Scott Resort, and Ocotillo Phoenix.
