Alisa and Eric love Thai food more than I do. And that’s saying a lot. Ask them and they’ll probably give you the rundown of all the best spots. Because of them, I’m on a quest to try the spicy eggplant. I plan to check it off before their upcoming wedding in downtown Phoenix later this year. First up, we had a blast wandering around Lost Dutchman State Park for their engagement session. Can’t beat those romantic mountains as a backdrop for such nice people.
