Kat and Kurt used to live next to the Children’s Museum of Phoenix. One night from their place, they noticed a bride and groom coming out of the museum. They also knew the museum used to hold Play Date nights for adults. They thought it would make a pretty kick ass wedding venue. They were right. In terms of unique and playful venues to have a Phoenix wedding, I’m not sure you could top the Children’s Museum. But these two really leaned into that and brought their own fun all day. There were jam sessions, a cute dog, a pub visit, leaping groomsmen, beers passed out as guests walked into the ceremony, photos in play areas, dancing…and one of the nicest, most laid back, most fun couples you could ever meet. I’ve been pretty pumped for this blog post. But it was one of the hardest times I’ve had narrowing down images.
This venue should be on the bucket list for all Arizona wedding photographers. But you can’t have Kat and Kurt. 😉 The following is my best attempt at picking my favorite photos from their Children’s Museum of Phoenix wedding.
