Carter, a friend of mine, called me to see if I had some last minute availability on a weekend. Her sister, Morgan, was coming into town with her boyfriend, Trevor, and he let Carter know he was going to pop the question on a hike they were going to do in town. Carter knew it would be super fun for them to get their engagement session done here in Arizona before they returned to Alabama. And I am so glad it worked out. Morgan and Trevor were a treat to work with and I loved seeing how much fun they had with each other. Within a couple days of getting engaged, Carter was sending me fun updates as Morgan was getting hair done, etc. on the day of their session. Morgan was sweetly nervous but you’d never tell from the pictures. They both rocked it.

We decided the White Tank Mountains would make a great backdrop for their session. You know, show off that Arizona cactus action. Here are some of my favorite pictures from their desert engagement session.

I love that I live in a place as unique as Arizona. The beautiful desert has everything from red rocks to cactus to mountains and everything in between.
